Youth Using Sexting App With Wi-Fi to Bypass Parents

Think you know who your children are texting and what they are saying / pictures they are sending?  Do you check your child's phone bill records to keep a tab on what is happening?  Well, with the use of wi-fi, children can download an app on their ipods or phones to bypass any billing records and send whatever they want - with no trace of it ever being sent.  Check out this link to this video:
